Tokai Kogyo is promoting business activities under TKG2025, (our medium-term management plan), with the goal of achieving sustainable growth while contributing to a sustainable society. Last year, we formulated a roadmap to achieve this goal and we intend to continually contribute to the creation of an environmentally friendly society by actively investing in technological innovations.
Currently, the automotive industry is facing major changes in the global market due to supply chain disruptions, rising prices, and electrification. In response to these rapid changes, Tokai Kogyo needs to restructure our management strategy by including optimizing our supply chain and improving operational efficiency by promoting digitalization.
