01 Dual Hardness Layers In One Mold
The seat surface is molded with foams of different hardness. This improves ride comfort and reduces fatigue on long drives.
02 DA Urethane Foam
The DA series controls the foaming density, using special blending and a unique foaming technology. Reducing the foaming density of the surface makes it easier to fit the shape of the customer’s posterior and creates excellent dispersion of body pressure.
This product is used for the “Usukaru” wheelchair cushion to ensure stability when moving, also reducing pressure sores.
◆Foam compression test: draw a line on urethane foam and compress it. Conventional products are compressed mainly at the center, while DA series products are compressed mainly at the surface.
