01 Reticular Foam
We developed thin but soft and fit urethane material.
It provides a comfortable ride in the upper part of the seat surface of car seat cushions!
An even softer and more comfortable feel can be obtained by arranging concave holes shape on the surface.
It can also be used for the surface layer of furniture cushions, pillows, etc.
Reticular foam is a material with shock-absorbing properties that reduce vibration and low-temperature properties that prevent it from hardening when cold. It also creates a softer, more enveloping fit when pressed in from the surface compared to conventional pads, filling in the gaps.
02 DA Urethane Foam
It is a urethane material that does not wobble easily and does not tire easily even after long hours of driving.
The material was developed so that when you have a seat, the urethane bends from the surface layer, whereas general urethane bends from the center layer. The driver’s body is more adaptable and less likely to shift to the side, and the stability of the seat reduces the strain of long drives.
